Hooray,the clocks have changed and we can get off the tarmac onto proper surfaces for Monday and Wednesday training nights.Here's an update from John Hodgson about next Wednesday from Carr Bank Road (between Storth and Arnside)

Try to arrive for a 7pm departure as it is dark by 8pm.
Two routes to Arnside Knott; long route via Arnside Tower and the shorter alternative across Arnside Moss
Bring sausages ( bread buns optional ) as jacket spuds and beans supplied
Bring your own drink and money as the cheese shop is coming.
No sweet course as yet, but if people bring a cake or tray bake whatever, there will be.
Keep fingers crossed for dry weather.
PS There are still quite a few of you who haven't paid this year's subs yet.I'll be after your money on Wednesday as I need to finalise numbers for the England Athletics affiliation.
