Both Jane and Ben were last minute replacements
for injured runners.
Sam has run better and looked under the weather.
Robin was the star of the five, finishing second counter for Cumbria
and beating two girls who beat her in the County Championships.
All five are in the first year of their two-year age group and will improve.
The course was fast parkland and more suited
to faster athletes as opposed to Cumbria's fell runners.
Full results can be found on the UKA website.
Photographs will appear on the athletics Cumbria website.
