Firstly a big thank you to John and Anne Hodgson for the use of their home and garden for the BBQ and post Winter League awards this Wednesday after the run.

A mention of our successes at Cartmel Trail Race ,including Helen Heap 1st vet lady in the 16K,Mike McKenna 2nd vet 50 man in the 16K ,and Rob Marriot 1st vet 40 man in the 12K.results.
A reminder that Monday evening junior training restarts at Tristrams playing field on 20th April. Garry Dowthwaite has written an article for the Juniors News Page explaining what it's about and the plans for the spring and summer months.
Also a reminder about the Club Championship,details of which are in the righthand sidebar. Please let Steve Jeffs know your results so that he can enter them on the championship spreadsheet.
Following discussions at the AGM,the Club now owns a laptop with carrying case and a printer.After the initial setting up I'll be handing this equipment over to Helen Deason in preparation for the Dallam Dash races.
Next Wednesday's run ,8th April, will be from The Black Bull at Brookhouse. I think that there are high and low level alternatives. We'll also need to sort out the Wednesday calendar for the rest of April and May.
