Garry Dowthwaite will be at Tristrams playing fields Heversham on 12th April to get the Monday spring and summer evening junior training sessions off to a low key start.John Hodgson will be available from the week after and the sessions will then be organised in age groups.
Starts at 7pm and lasts for about an hour unless otherwise stated.
The Monday Senior runs will also start from Tristrams on the 12th.
