Cancercare running challenge

I just wondered if any Dallam Running Club members wanted to get involved in a CancerCare challenge taking place very soon? Dave Moretta – an ultra-runner – is running 42 miles around the district in one day to raise money for CancerCare. We wondered if any running clubs wanted to join him for parts of his route?

He’s setting off from CancerCare on Slyne Road at 8.30am on Saturday August 3, through Torrisholme to Morecambe before going off to Carnforth, Silverdale, Arnside, Kendal… we have a more detailed map if you’d like but basic details are here http://www.justgiving.com/42-Mile-Ultra-Challenge - we’d love as many people to get involved as possible to spur him on and support the challenge!
