Ian Hodgson Relay - team arrangements on the day

All team members must wear their Dallam vest, have full body wind and waterproof cover, hat/gloves, whistle, compass and map for their leg (random kit checks will occur)

Pairs must start, stay and finish together.

Can everyone please meet at Patterdale field for 8:45 at the latest to get numbers and be at their starting point 15 mins before their expected start time.

If someone can`t run please let Dowy know in good time.
