Running from Grange this week? Need directions?
Go through Grange towards Allithwaite, as you start to go up Risedale hill (u see the big red building lit up) there is a road that shoots down to the left. This is Cart Lane and has a BLUE PROMENADE sign on it. Go down here and at the bottom of the hill swing left to park by the bollards. We're at No 1 Sedgwick court.I will probably try to organise two runs - one longer than normal maybe 1hr 30 ish - normal run - 1 hour. Both on tracks and some road. Bring a beer, I'll do some snap.
