from a scenic venue on the Cumbria/Lancashire border overlooking Morecambe Bay ,run on the paths and woodland trails of Middlebarrow Plain and Eaves Wood
Held under Fell Runners Association rules
Registration, Start and Finish at Holgates Caravan Park, Middlebarrow Plain, Silverdale
GR 456760 on OS sheet 97, Explorer OL7 - follow the brown “Holgates” signs from Silverdale
Senior race –12 noon start - CS 5.25 miles/600 feet – age 16 and over
£5 pre entry
£6 on the day if places are still available – NB Senior race has a 100 limit, pre entry is advised as it was reached before race day last year
Junior races –12.05 pm – U8 – ½ mile, 8/10 – 1 mile, age 10/11- 2 miles, age 12/15 - 3 miles
£2 pre entry or £2.50 on the day
Race entry includes refreshments at the prize giving
There are toilets and shower facilities in the leisure centre
