Iv'e just received this information about a round Britain coastal run,the first leg of which (Blackpool to Gretna) goes through our territory.

We are desperately seeking runners in your area to help take part in a unique never been done before running relay around the coast of the UK. And we were wondering if any of the runners from your club would like to take part in this event.
It is free to enter and so far over two hundred runners nationwide are taking part. We only started organising the event seven weeks so things are little slap dash but we already have our own dedicated website.

We are basically a bunch of running enthusiasts who through the Runners World website forums have decided to do something special something which has not done before.
