No junior session on Monday 24/10/2011 (Half Term)
Restart on 31/10/2011. Halloween night, treats for all who turn up. Fancy dress welcomed.
From October through to the spring Monday evening Senior runs will start from behind Dallam School at Milnthorpe to co-incide with the Junior's switch back to the astro turf.
John and Dowy hope to see juniors turn up in numbers again after their efforts to keep the sessions going at Tristrams through the summer holidays when numbers did obviously shrink.The club will pay for the astro turf session,but if you can contribute a small donation for your hour`s exercise it would be appreciated.
