Orienteering Fun In Eaves Wood - Wednesday 13th June

7pm meet for a 7:30 mass start

After the success of last years event we’ve decided to do it again!
Basically you run around the woods for an hour using a map to help you find as many flags as you can.
Then you sprint back to base for wonderful refreshments and unique locally sourced prizes!!!
All you need to do is bring a £5 for your map and all proceeds will go to the M.S. Society Charity.
The event is open to all club members, children, adults, friends and neighbours. The more the merrier!
If you would like to contribute to the ‘Jacobs Join’ spread of food then that would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you can bring a plate of butties or a scrummy Victoria sponge….. I might have a bit of my infamous fruit cake left……What’s that John, “It should come with a warning”.

It will be held on ‘The Guide Field, Silver Saplings’, at Silverdale. You will find the turn off just 50 metres after the Eaves Wood National Trust Car Park when entering Silverdale via Park Road, (Waterslack end) and there is plenty of parking on the field.  MAP

Thanks
