Just to let you know that the 'HUSH-HUSH" sale of Marmot outdoor wear
at Sandside ( between Milnthorpe and Arnside} will take place on
Wednesday and Thursday . of next week, the 20th and 21st of March.
Usually, there is about 60% reduction off most items. The quality is
top-notch and the only down side for some people is that there is
usually very little in the L and XL sizes for men. So, the ladies and
teenagers can have a field day. The times for opening are between 2pm
and 7pm each day; parking is a nightmare! Good luck'

SAUSAGE SIZZLE' night will be on Wednesday 17th April.
(It usually takes place on the first
Wednesday after the clocks have moved forward and is the double
celebration of 'light-nights' again and prize-giving to our Junior's
efforts in the Kendal Winter League races but which this year falls in the midst of the
school's half-term fortnight and many of our recipients will be away .So in order to get as big of an attendance as
possible, you´ll have to wait a little bit
longer for the "do')
