Monday night junior fun running sessions have now moved back to Tristrams playing fields,Heversham for the rest of the spring and summer ,and seniors will also meet here for a run out.
Next Wednesday's run (1st May) will be from Woodlands Hotel ,Silverdale.
Other Wednesday venues in May and early June need to be decided at the Woody's and will then published on the calendar
