The event is a senior competition for athletes aged 18 and over, however team captains may enter a suitably experienced 16-17 year old runner on leg 1 only. This leg will be flagged and marshalled to the standard required for junior races.

Maybe we should opt for a true mixed team of 3 men,3 women? (if there's a gender imbalance it becomes an open team)
