Transport update 9/12/14
Paul Sewell has been researching coach hire to and from Staveley to pick up and drop off along the A6 from Lancaster,through Slyne,B le Sands,Carnforth,Beetham,Milnthorpe,Heversham etc.In order to make it viable at £5 per head we'd need 25 persons to fill the bus.

This year's venue is the Hawkshead Brewery
which is in the Mill Yard behind Wheelbase at Staveley LA8 9LR ,with Reston Scar,Potter Fell and
the lower Kentmere Valley close by for a variety of running, walking or
cycling routes.
All senior and junior members, with partners or family are cordially invited to come along.
Please arrive at the car park behind Wheelbase by 12.15 ready to set off at 12.30 sharp.

After
our exertions we have exclusive use of the River Bar up until 8pm
with a Christmas Hot Buffet supplied by Wilf's Catering, which includes
turkey and ham casserole with sage and onion stuffing balls;salmon
koubliac pie; spinach, mushroom & chestnut lasagne,side dishes
and sweets.
We'll be eating at about 4.30 pm and the cost of the meal is £10 per head .Mark Bell is now collecting orders and payments.

Your orders with payment must be with Mark by 13th December at the latest please as we need to let the brewery and caterers know our numbers early the next week.
