Dallam Cross Bay run 17th June 2015

Update from Paul regarding final arrangements:
Suggest car shares meet at Red Bank for 5.30 pm - there will be spare transport available - check with me first. Runners can leave clothes, food etc. in my camper if necessary. It would be nice to have some famous Dallam cakes if anyone fancies baking, and anyone needs extra or particular food and drink for afterwards. Some beer is available, but not vast amounts!
See you Wednesday. Paul.

Original post:
This is one of our fundraising events for the Alzhemers Society and is open to members and guests.
You'll need to be able to run about 9 miles comfortably and have suitable kit for all weather conditions. Expect to get wet,the river crossings can be up to thigh level!

Meet at West Plain Farm ready to set off at 6.50 prompt. Late arrivals can't start as the time and tide wait for no man ( or woman).
Everyone to make their own arrangements for getting there, but keeping Paul Sewell informed so that he can operate a clearing house to swap lifts.

Everyone must book in with Paul and pay before the night please.
Cost is £12 per head which includes a donation to Alzheimers Society and soup and a burger where we finish the crossing near Red Bank Farm  ,The Shore ,Bolton le Sands. There will also be bottled beer for sale.

Please contact Paul Sewell on 07762635365 or 01524 823794 to book your place(s) as soon as possible so that we know numbers.
