Help required for Arnside Knott Race on Sunday 19th November

It’s that time of year again when your help and support for our Arnside Knott Fell Race is vital to the continued success of the event!

Help will be needed setting up the venue at Hollins Farm from around 9.00 am, stewarding the car park, runner registration, start/finish line,results laptop,marking and marshaling the junior and senior courses.
Those of you wishing to enter the senior race could also help out with stuff beforehand and afterwards but obviously it's important that all the full time roles have been covered. If you have family or friends that can help out then all good.

If you can provide tray bakes, cakes and/or other food items to be sold at the race, please let Dave Shinn know. Also a reminder that the majority of the proceeds from race entries and tray bakes, cakes will go to our chosen charity St John's Hospice.So by helping out you will be contributing to a fantastic charity.
