The 2024 Dallam Championship kicks off at the end of February! A club tournament that will hopefully appeal to lots of you, comprising 7 shorter races and 7 longer events spread throughout the year. Any 4 of each set of 7 races (i.e. your best 4!) to count towards your final score.

Hutton Roof Crags, Sat 25th May (11 km / 402 m)
Clougha Pike, Sat 22nd June (7.9 km / 400 m)
Beetham Sports, Sat 27th July (9.3 km / 283 m)
Allithwaite 8, first Saturday in November (12.8 km)
SEVEN LONGER RACES (14 km and over)
Spring in Lakeland LDWA event, 14th April (38 km)
Fairfield Horseshoe, 11th May (14.5km / 914 m)
Duddon Valley fell race, Sat 1st June (Long = 29 km / 1830 m; Short = 15.3 km / 915 m)
Coniston Trail marathon OR half marathon, 9th June (42 km / 2130 m OR 21km / ?? m)
Pete Bland Memorial Kentmere Horseshoe, Sun 21st July (19.8 km / 1006 m)
Lowther trail race, Sun 11th August (21 km / 426 m)
Three Shires fell race, Sat 14th September (20 km / 1220 m)
BONUS – 80 points for ANY one other race in 2024 (excluding Parkruns) regardless of how many other Dallam folk participate
e.g. Lake District Mountain Trial (N.B. it’s the day after Three Shires!), Saunders Mountain Marathon, an Ultra, a road race, Old County Tops, or something further afield?
