There is just one more race left to score points at Elterwater, so finishing in good positions was uppermost on the minds of some of our runners.
Alex Till in the U 17 boys needed one more win to ensure he came out top of this age group and he duly obliged with another impressive display. Dallam seniors watch out! Cathy Gill finished 4th in a high quality field of girls in the same race and this looks like it may be her final position in the series.
Dallam`s U 14 girl`s quartet secured 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th places in this race and the series with Melanie, Robin, Jane and Reanne respectively. We know who to watch out for here from past experience! Sam Till and Dean Sutton did their final place positions no harm with strong runs to finish 2nd and 4th.
Ben Till gave his running priority over playing in a football match this week and it paid off with his first win of the series. Dale Sutton led for the first half of the race, but in some pain on the return trip managed to hold on to 3rd place. Wilf Goodfellow was 10th.
In the Senior race, the ladies outnumbered the men for once. Well done to all again
