Lonsdale have recently started a monthly (last Thursday each month) Duathlon event 8 mile road bike Milnthorpe to Arnside loop and 3.1 mile through Dallam Park. The event is unofficial and timed at 1 minute intervals with transition area for change from cycle to run.
I know you have some cyclists in your ranks and you are welcome come along and participate.
