Meet at the entrance to Ponderosa Holiday Camp at 6:20 pm. MAP
(near West Plain Farm after turning left from B5277 in Flookburgh towards the shore).

You will need suitable kit for all weather conditions.Expect to get wet! The river crossing can be up to thigh level.
Finish will be at Red Bank Farm (Archers Cafe) Bolton le Sands.
Cost for run is £5 per head.
Food and drink afterwards at The Hawthorns Restaurant ,BLS £2.50 per head.
Parking available all evening at Hawthorns if folks are car sharing for the trip to Flookburgh.
