Dallam Skiing holiday in February or March 2016

Option 1

Helen and Mike Smith are going cross country skiing to Seedfeld and have invited Dallamites to join them (see Dallam blog for details)

03 March 16 Manchester to Innsbruck (  airlines)

Departing  07 a.m. arriving 10.20 with either hold luggage or ski`s £108

Taxi or transfer to Seefeld approx. £10 max per person

Either s/c or b/b depending on numbers lets say £100 per person ish.

Seefeld and surrounding area has enough piste to play on for a couple of days but has extensive cross country ski tracks and walking/running tracks.

Cross country skiing competition on the Sunday which could be fun

07 March 16 approx  1pm transfer Seefeld to Munich (2 ½ hours) for 1800 Munich flight back to Manchester

Transfer approx. £50 pers person Flight at £85

So would gel 2 half and 3 full days on the snow

Approximate cost excluding ski passes, food, booze etc  £350      

Or use these flight times for a more traditional piste based skiing holiday

Ski resorts relatively close to Munich include The Amadé Ski Area includes 4 Austrian Ski Resorts with a combined total of 760km of downhill skiing, with 375 individual pistes, served by 270 ski lifts. The Amadé Ski Region includes the Austrian Ski Areas of Dachstein-Tauern, Gastein, Hochkönig and Salzburger Sportwelt.
