The run will leave from Flookburgh at 7pm PROMPT with planned landfall at Red Bank by 9 pm.

Meet at level crossing,St Michael's Lane,Bolton le Sands up from the shore for 5.30 pm and travel round to West Plain Farm gr 369:742 ready to set off at 7 pm..
Cost: £12 /head , u18 £7.

For now suggest that everyone makes their own arrangements to get to the Flookburgh start. But there may be places on a bus leaving Hest Bank at 5.30.Details and cost to be announced.

You'll need to be able to run about 9 miles comfortably and have suitable kit for all weather conditions. Expect to get wet,the river crossings can be up to thigh level!
Studded shoes not recommended.
