It’s that time of year again where we request the pleasure of your company at Dallam Running Club’s Annual General Meeting.
Our meeting is to be held at the Heron Corn Mill, Beetham on Wednesday the 26th February, where Mark O’Shaughnessy will lead a shortened run at 7pm which will be followed by our meeting.
There will be soup and bread provided for all members post run which will be kindly provided by Sue Goodfellow, Karen Wallbank and Garry Dowthwaite.
I am sure that any members wishing to contribute cakes and or tray bakes to the meeting will be greatly appreciated by all and please remember to bring your own drinks, alcoholic or otherwise.
At the meeting we will have reports from our Treasurer, Secretary and Junior Leader, we will endeavour to keep these as concise as possible but it is also important we relay all that has been happening within the club over the past year.
If any member would like a specific point discussed we can cover this in Any Other Business and I would ask you forward your request to me by email well in advance of the meeting.
