Here's an update about this year's run and meal.
Run
Meet at 1pm in Wilf's Cafe car park at Staveley ready to run at 1.30 pm prompt.
As the route is on slightly more remote ground this year please ensure that you bring suitable waterproof and warm clothing along ,and as there is no food drop you may need a drink and a snack.
Distance around 9 miles with possible short cuts on route but check this with Dowy or Dave Hewitt if you plan not to do the full route.Now see 15th Dec post for route map.
Meal
This will be a similar type of hot buffet as before but this year it's upstairs in Wilf's (not the River Bar). Drinks will be from the Hawkshead Brewery next door.
Also it's a slightly later gathering for the meal as we can't use Wilf's until 4.45 pm.
Anyone still owing for the meal can pay Mark Bell this Wednesday after the run at the Cross Keys,Milnthorpe or otherwise please try to get it to him by the end of this week.
£12.50 for adults and £8 for under 16s , cheques made out to "Dallam Running Club" with a note of names.
