Pilates for Runners

Hello Dallamites, fellow Dallam member Lisa Jordan has contacted me with a very kind offer of proposing to run a four week course 20th Jan to 3rd Feb (discounted for Dallam members). The course would be specific to runners with a focus on strengthening and flexibility. It would be designed to enable the runner to continue independently if they wish, or if there is demand, Lisa is prepared run a second course early March, before Easter and as running mileage's increase.
